RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

At The Bountiful Bag, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, handcrafted products made from upcycled materials.

As a small manufacturer, most of our products are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns at this time. However, we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product is still in mint condition.

Custom orders or limited edition collections do not qualify for exchanges or credits at this time unless they arrived damaged or you encounter manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages:

If your Bountiful Bag experiences any issues within 3 months of purchase (such as broken zippers, tears, or defects), please don't hesitate to contact us. Our dedicated team will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a repair or credit.

To initiate an exchange for your Bountiful Bag, we kindly request that you send us an email at hello@thebountifulbag.com within the specified timeframe of 30 days. 

Exchange Order Shipping Costs:

If the exchange is due to personal preference customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges. 

If the exchange is due to damage, The Bountiful Bag will cover shipping charges.

If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please provide us with the following information in your email:

1. Order number or proof of purchase

2. Detailed description of the issue or reason for the exchange

3. Clear photos of any damages or defects, if applicable

4. Your preferred replacement product, if applicable

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will assess your request and promptly respond with further instructions on how to proceed. We appreciate your understanding regarding the shipping costs and assure you that we will do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
